1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to accommodation bookings made via room-nation.com. Your contracting party is Rojasor Enterprises Ltd., Efesou 9, Paralimni, Cyprus (HE469535), trading as Room Nation ("we").

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of homes is a non-binding invitation to book. By completing the payment process you make a binding offer; the accommodation contract is concluded when we send the booking confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

The prices shown at the time of booking apply, including the components stated. The total price is payable at the time of booking via our payment provider Stripe.

4. No right of withdrawal

For contracts on accommodation services for a specific date there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 16(l) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). The following cancellation terms apply instead.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms differ per home and are shown in the booking area of the respective home before you complete your booking; the rule shown there forms part of the contract. In case of no-show without an effective cancellation, the full booking price is due. The time of receipt of your cancellation email to hello@room-nation.com is decisive. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

6. Check-in, check-out and use

Check-in and check-out follow the details of the respective home. The home may only be used by the booked number of guests and not for events. Smoking is prohibited. Guests must treat the home with care and report damage without delay; guests are liable for damage caused by their fault.

7. Online check-in

To meet statutory registration and identification obligations, an online check-in including proof of identity may be required before arrival. Without completed check-in, access to the home cannot be granted; there is no entitlement to a refund in that case.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
