You have the apartment.
We take care of the rest.

We handle that. You tell us what the apartment is for, and we help you get it ready.
How much do you want to handle yourself?
We can furnish your apartment, give you the tools to manage it, or take care of the rental operation too.

Replace a part. Not the furniture.
Things get damaged. Especially in apartments that are rented out.
